Mental Health Champions

Mental Health Champions take the lead in developing a supportive culture for wellbeing and mental wellness. Workplace mental health ambassadors are employees who challenge stigma and encourage positive mental health in the organisation and for its workforce. They work alongside your human resources (HR) team to help create a positive mental health culture at their workplace. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)

Location: Online or face-to-face

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is valuable in providing information on a range of mental health problems, along with reducing stigma and encouraging early intervention. Once you have been through the course you are able to call yourself a Mental Health First Aider.

Who’s it for?

Individuals, HR practitioners, managers, employees, volunteers or anyone with an interest in mental wellbeing.

How do I participate?

Four mandatory face-to-face sessions are hosted each month. Every session must be attended to successfully complete the course. Please ensure that you are able to attend all sessions before confirming your interest.
