Our ‘Excelling Under Pressure: Mastering Personal Resilience’ workshop provides an introduction to building self-awareness and resilience to empower individuals to meet the challenges of stress and poor wellbeing.
We begin with understanding what stress actually is and if it can be beneficial.

We introduce an effective way to communicate and explore some of the flawed strategies that people commonly use to deal with their pressures.

We signpost to support resources that provide more beneficial alternatives including practical exercises, tools and techniques designed to increase personal resilience.

We challenge you to take action – knowledge is power but only if it is put into practice.

The course is accompanied with a handbook to support the videos and help you enact positive behavioral change.
