We begin with understanding what stress actually is and if it can be beneficial.
We introduce an effective way to communicate and explore some of the flawed strategies that people commonly use to deal with their pressures.
We signpost to support resources that provide more beneficial alternatives including practical exercises, tools and techniques designed to increase personal resilience.
We challenge you to take action – knowledge is power but only if it is put into practice.
The course is accompanied with a handbook to support the videos and help you enact positive behavioral change.
