Using our approach of Diagnose, Develop and Thrive, each package provides a selection of resources to support your company in each of these areas. We want to help you establish a culture of wellbeing in your organisation using our knowledge, expertise and experience developed over the last two decades.
Wellbeing Protect: Our online learn-on-the-go platform with our most beloved workshops in bite-sized chunks for all to access. From our line manager workshops to our all employee workshops, there is something for everyone.
Warranty: For certain programmes within Wellbeing Protect, a warranty is applicable (dependent on the package chosen). This warranty (valid for 6 months after course completion) supports a return to work intervention should any individual who has completed the course fall into the warranty criteria*
Live workshops: Working with your organisation we will deliver and design workshops to support your wellbeing journey.
Mental Health Champions: Our flagship programme designed to enable Champions to provide allyship to people who may be struggling with mental health concerns and to ensure they have support. This programme will raise awareness and an understanding of mental health and provide the proper foundation to create a more engaged, happy and high-performing culture.
Using our Wellbeing GPS we will collaborate with your organisation to undergo a wellbeing journey, transforming the culture of your organisation
Wellbeing Insights Audit (WIA): The WIA diagnoses the effects of stress on your organisations performance, igniting the starting point of our approach in mitigating the circumstances that may arise.
Pulse Surveys: Conducted pre and post workshop, they provide an overview of the company’s wellbeing status within the two weeks of conducting the survey. Not as thorough as the WIA, but a fabulous way of gaining an insight into the ‘then and now’ status of employees
Focus Groups: Pinpointing potential issues and looking to strategise immediately, the focus groups coincide excellently with the WIA to provide both qualitative and quantitative insights.
Policy Support: We support in the creation or adaptation of current organisational policies and procedures surrounding wellbeing to ensure the approach is as concrete and supportive as possible WIA retest: It’s crucial to measure the Return On Investment and Return On Value at the end point of the journey to evaluate the tangible organisational benefits gained by the programme, as well as identifying any additional measures required to continue the journey.
