Imagine if going to work actually made you healthy. Imagine if being in meaningful employment was an important part of your wellbeing. Well that is what we are aiming to help organisations achieve.
We usually get approached by organisations that want to reduce or mitigate the amount of stress or poor wellbeing they cause their people. It is time to have better objectives.
Our role is to support people and organisations recognise, address, develop and refine their workplaces so that they can ensure they are adding to people’s mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
The average person spends a third of their time at work. That is a lot of hours, minutes, and seconds so we are passionately committed to improving the physical, mental and emotional health of every single human being.
We have four simple principles that guide our behaviour and culture. Our principles permeate through everything that we do, including our relationships with our clients, our partners, our suppliers and the societies and communities that we work in.
Integrity – We believe in doing the right things at all times, which means we don’t shy away from having difficult conversations. We hold ourselves to the same standards that we hold our clients to. We will always fight for what we believe is right regardless of the consequences to us.
Empathy – We are about people and creating strategies for ensuring people and culture are at the heart of every organisation. We strive to understand individuals, different perspectives, different value systems and schools of thought, and always do our best to remain impartial and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
Straight talking – We strive to be real, authentic and true to ourselves and our customers. When it comes to helping organisations achieve new and improved ways of working, we take pride in providing honest and objective insights backed by evidence. We believe in plain speak and not flowering up the truth.
Empowering – We give you the tools to embed wellbeing in your culture so that you have the power to continue your wellbeing journey. We do this by investing time and resources into really getting to know everyone we work with and equipping you with the tools, skills and confidence to pick up the baton from us when we have completed our programmes.
