An Individual Stress Risk Assesment involves a one-on-one discussion with an individual to address their perception of their work related and personal stressors. Topics covered are based on the HSE’s stress management standards framework. The approach is to determine the key factors that have mentally/emotionally compromised the individual, and explore ways they can get the support they need, as well as action the employer can take to make reasonable adjustments to support their full recovery. A report will be produced with recommendations and an action plan.
