2. Organisation Size & Scope
This forum is intended for individuals representing medium to large organisations with 200+ employees. The discussions and insights are geared towards organisations that are either already prioritising wellbeing or are looking to make wellbeing a core pillar of their workplace culture.
3. Commitment to Action
We ask that participants have a genuine interest in implementing and championing wellbeing initiatives within their organisations. Whether you’re just starting your wellbeing journey or are looking to refine existing programs, the forum is a space for sharing actionable insights, strategies, and experiences.
4. Active Participation
To ensure valuable dialogue, we encourage attendees to actively participate in discussions, share best practices, and contribute ideas on how to improve wellbeing and organisational culture.
