This practical session explored simple yoga postures that can be engaged whilst seated in order to support your health, manage stress and improve general wellbeing at home, the workplace or wherever you may find yourself.
Only minimal space is required for this interactive session. If you can breathe then you
have the key to intercepting symptoms of stress, anxiety and poor sleep patterns, enabling you to move back into the optimal state with our breath.
The workshop will cover practical tools with two sequences:
• A yoga flow
• Connected movements that can be broken down to stand-alone practices to use as go-to techniques as and when you need them
Little equipment is needed:
• Loose clothing
• Yoga mat or towel
• Chair and cushion/pillow
