Inspire and motivate staff to prioritise their own health and wellbeing. As well as to promote good mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Participants will look into a typical work-related scenario and be equipped on how to support their colleagues at their workplace and remotely. On completion of the course, participants will be able to identify and support team members who may be experiencing mental ill-health, such as depression, anxiety and stress. Participants will be able to provide effective, early intervention and signpost the sources of support their colleagues can benefit from. This programme provides the right foundations to help create a more engaged, happy, and high performing culture. The programme lasts for four days, 2h each day.
