Our Mental Wellbeing Ambassadors programme is designed to equip employees to work across the organisation to build support for health and wellbeing initiatives. Inspire and motivate staff to prioritise their own health and wellbeing. As well as to promote good mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Participants will look into a typical work-related scenario and be equipped on how to support their colleagues at their workplace and remotely. On completion of the course, participants will be able to identify and support team members who may be experiencing mental ill-health, such as depression, anxiety and stress.
