Suhail Ghaus

Suhail is an experienced Gestalt psychotherapist and facilitator who has worked with individuals and groups since 2008. He is a professional member of BACP, EAGT and FaDP, reflecting his commitment to professional standards, ethical practice and continued development.

His work focuses on stress, identity, self-awareness, emotional regulation and authentic relationships. He combines Gestalt therapy with mindfulness, body awareness and an understanding of the nervous system to help people recognise their patterns and respond to life with greater clarity and choice.

Having lived and worked across Denmark, the UK, the USA, Turkey and the Middle East, Suhail brings a strong cross-cultural perspective to his work. He has supported people from a wide range of personal, professional and cultural backgrounds, giving him a deep understanding of how stress can affect the way we relate to ourselves, other people and the environments around us.
Suhail believes that managing stress is not only about coping with pressure. It is also about learning to recognise the body’s signals, understand our inner responses and reconnect with what we genuinely need.

As a facilitator, he is passionate about creating safe and engaging spaces where people can slow down, become more aware of themselves and develop practical tools for greater calm, resilience and authentic wellbeing.
