Neil founded The Stress Management Society in 2003 resulting from his own personal experiences around stress and mental health. He has since been creating safe spaces and opportunities for people to learn about stress and promote their wellbeing. He is a highly experienced and engaging motivational speaker, as well as an expert facilitator for the empowering wellbeing programmes run at the Stress Management Society and International Wellbeing Insights. As the author of a number of inspiring books, including ‘The 10 Step Stress Solution’, Neil’s passion is to drive for empowerment and strategic wellbeing change internationally.
Neil is passionate about adding years to life and life to years, and reducing male suicide. And Vegan food!

What do you enjoy most about your role?: I love my job with a passion and am fortunate to get paid for something I could happily do for free! Being able to positively contribute and make a difference is the most fulfilling part of my job and I am proud to be part of a passionate and loyal team.
