Building on the HSE’s Stress Management Standards framework, our Wellbeing Insights Audit is an first stage diagnostic that includes gathering both quantitative and qualitative data as well as as reviewing existing Management Data, which could include:

2) Lost Time Injury Frequency, presenteeism, staff turnover

3) Utilisation of existing resources (e.g. EAP, staff counselling, occupational health etc).
