Duncan in his own words:

Proudest Moment: My proudest moments have mostly been centred around family: Being married to an absolute superstar, my daughter following her dream, delivering one of my sons, my children living with autism and all of my children’s caring nature. These are real measures of wealth and success.

What do you enjoy most about your role?: Every day is different, every day is a school day. I get to speak to new people from all over the world, doing my best to understand their situation and support them in making positive changes.
