Health and Wellbeing is at the very core of what we do. The uncertainty and rapidly changing situation of the COVID-19 crisis has created a lot of fear and panic – and I am sure at some point you have also experienced this. That’s why our brand new online wellbeing workshops centre around how to look after yourself at home during the crisis and also how to be best equipped to return to normalcy once lockdown eases.
These comprise of 7 different modules that can be chosen in no particular order and can cover the following topics:
- Panic: A Human Emotion, Social Media and Rituals
- Uncertainty and Cabin Fever
- What if…? Catastrophic Thinking
- Clouded Judgement
- Adapting to a Post-Normal World
Each session is interactive and participative, ending on a call to action with participants being encouraged to set S.M.A.R.T.O goals and take ownership.
