Mental Health Champions take the lead in developing a supportive culture for wellbeing and mental wellness. Workplace mental health ambassadors are employees who challenge stigma and encourage positive mental health in the organisation and for its workforce. They work alongside your human resources (HR) team to help create a positive mental health culture at their workplace. By understanding mental health and wellbeing, businesses will develop stronger relationships with their employees, improving staff retention levels, morale, and productivity.
