Stress is one of the biggest issues facing the modern society, it prevents
people from functioning at their best.

Workshop Overview

This workshop is designed to build self-awareness, resilience and to empower individuals to recognise workplace stress and tackle stress-related challenges at work through effective coping strategies.

In this session, we explore some of the flawed strategies that people commonly use to deal with stress at work and provide more beneficial alternatives including practical exercises and techniques designed to increase personal resilience.

This workshop focuses on:
• Understanding and defining stress
• Exploring some of the flawed strategies that people commonly use to deal
with stress at work
• Providing participants with more beneficial alternatives including practical
exercises, tools and techniques designed to increase personal resilience
• Promoting signposting to available support resources

Our workshops can be a valuable tool in reducing the risks associated with work-related stress. You may not be able to reduce the demands that your employees have to face, but we can increase their resilience so that they are able to cope better with work challenges and pressures.
